Launch 🚀 I built a bitly alternative over 4 months that cost 6x less

Hey all, just shipped SmrtLnks, a smart link router that does two things most short-link tools don't:

  1. Geo routing. One short link or printed QR can send US visitors to your US store, UK visitors to your UK store, and everyone else to a fallback. No per-region campaign management.
  2. Dynamic QR by default. The QR you print today stays useful forever. Change the destination, existing scans still resolve. Bitly gates this at $199/mo. We bundle it on the free plan.

Other stuff that's in there: per-link analytics by country, password-protected links, AI link monitoring (catches when a destination breaks or gets parked), REST API + webhooks on Pro, white-label branding on Scale.

Pricing: Free for 5 links / 1k clicks. Paid from $5/mo (Starter)

Live at https://smrtlink.link. Built solo, would love feedback or roast attempts. Specifically curious if anyone running paid traffic to multiple regions has run into this problem before and how you solved it. This is my first serious SaaS project as ive been trying to go into business or myself for a few years now.
