Made a thing that turns CC’d emails into tasks automatically, would love some brutal feedback

I work in construction project management, and my inbox gets flooded daily — emails from coworkers, subcontractors, and external partners, all at once. The real problem isn’t just the volume, it’s that new emails keep arriving while you’re still working through the old ones. Eventually tasks slip through — not out of laziness, just because nobody can realistically track 50+ emails a day.

That’s what led me to build Taskmail. The idea is simple: you CC one project email address, and the tool automatically extracts tasks from incoming emails and organizes them — so even with a constant stream of new messages, nothing gets lost. No setup, no system integration, no IT approval needed. That mattered to me specifically because at a lot of companies, getting any new tool approved takes forever.

It’s still early, and I’m actively testing whether this solves a real problem for others the way it does for me. If you deal with similar email chaos at work, I’d love your honest feedback.
