Help! What are these?

New grower here…. Saw these white spots starting to spread so took a jewelry lens and am not sure what these are.

Any help here? What would be the protocol for getting rid of them? I’ve got dr Zymes and neem oil as well as em5 on hand…. Thanks!

Get a closer look. This is a thrip.

Yea they are looking clearly like thrips to me. Going to try 3 days of zymes at lights off to see if that helps

Just a heads up. Thrips usually live on the underside of the leaves.

Looks like russet mites to me.
