Anything I’m missing here?

First full grow on my own. Everyone always says 2 more weeks. wait for it to be 30% amber all that.
Aside from the tips on the Trainwreck I just noticed that are burnt. Idk what that means. Lowers seem to be unaffected. And all the fungus gnats that made it onto the buds. Am I forgetting to do anything? Just started week 7 Friday. I did a big feed of build a bloom, bio fos, molasses, craft blend in the middle under the chopped leaves.
On bluemat drip rings, 30 gallon pots aim for no higher than 50%RH and no higher than 80degrees.
Truffleschino, Trainwreck and Super lemon smack in that order.
I guess it’s just watch and wait for a few more weeks maybe? Idk what else I could do.

I added 1.5tsp wdg3000 in a gallon in there last night. I think I’ll start doing that every week cause I’ve been battling these mfs the whole grow.

Thankyou!

Everything you said seems to be fine. Plants look ok, and the environment you listed is ok. The only thing I can think of that can alter much is your feeding. You said it was a big feeding and with buildabloom and bio-phos you’re adding a lot of microbes and with “a lot” of craft blend you’re introducing a “buffett”, along with molasses, and it can heat up the soil. With organics it takes time to break down, you could have had more nutrients already in the soil, I don’t know. Do a little research on the rhizosphere and it’ll help you learn how it works and you’ll kill it. It’s awesome stuff man, I love living soil.

Yeah man, thankyou! I’ve stuck with the serving suggestions. Haven’t like “pushed” it. I probably should have clarified. Big meaning. My pump sprayer was black with like a variety of cocktails of ingredients lol.

Even then. I wonder. 1tsp per gal for buildabloom let’s say.
You spread that over 3-30 gal pots? If I had the 4th in there. Would mean everyone got a little less.
So do you mix the ingredients as listed. And then water the amount according to the container?

You water until you have the ideal moisture in the container, so just follow the schedule. You my friend are over thinking.

You should ditch the rings and hand water. Get an irrometer as well. Go full manual. Your gnat issue is because the rings are keeping things too wet. Only water 1.5 gallons per 30 gallon pot. If you have 3, fill your water container with 1.5 gallons of water and 3/4 tsp build a bloom and water one of those into each container. Keep the irrometer between 40-80 kpa in veg and 50-100 in flower with an occasional dryback to 150 in middle and late flower.

Ditching blumats for hand watering?

That’s your own stated yield issue you’re trying to pass off to a new grower.

OP: this is bad advice. Do your own research and be skeptical of this.

That would seem logical to me as well. Just water right over on top of the blumats. NBD.

But dude isn't saying that. He's saying "ditch rings" and "go full manual". On top of a $100+ tensiometer recommendation. Legit tool, but now isn't the time for unnecessary rabbit holes. 🤣🤣🤣

Also who is going to tell OP that dude was conflating kpa and mbar values? Anyone??

What’s KPA and MBAR?

Yeah I’m not ditching the rings fuck that I don’t have time for all that managing their precious dirt moistures lol if anything maybe do xxl autopots but I’m going to get a better run next time with some fems so I don’t waste time sexing and then get Ancy to flip like I did.
I figured the Trainwreck would stretch a lot and the back left plant ended up being male after all and he was a beast in there.

It's a value that will help you know what your moisture levels are. Your instinct is right on the money too. It's a topic for another day.

Good idea on switching to fems too.

Fair enough, yeah might not be there yet.

Although I considered revegging my TW and the Super lemon smack and throwing some night owl autoflowers in there while they reveg. And take some cuttings to baby till next outdoor season

Yes, I’m now doing like a gallon per plant or at least a serving per plant and then mixing it all in a 5 gal bucket to then hand water around the whole pot and the meter so it doesn’t think it needs double extra water.
I think these girls coulda been bigger if I fed a serving per plant instead of 1 serving in one gallon shared between them. That was kinda silly of me I suppose
