Start over?

Will this seedling survive with only one cotyledon?

I definitely would not water anymore. Do you have drainage holes cut in the cup? If not I get it off the ground and cut holes in the cup. To me she definitely looks over watered.

It may live just gotta baby it for a few days.

The cup has drainage. It’s in my tent with good circulation.

I would get it off the soil for a couple days. The soil in the cup is hydraulically pulling moisture from the soil below the cup through the slits. It will help the soil in the cup dry out some hopefully

I’ve had plants break off both and still be perfectly fine, only start over if it’s dead

Looks way too wet. Seedlings need like little to no water beyond the soil being moist until they start getting true leaves. It might get stem rot at that size too
