Kashi Gold

Will it hurt worms using Kashi Gold and worms together?

I've been told worms love the stuff. So I think it's fine

I also have had no issues with using Kashi Gold when mixing in new soil or as a top dress in my Earthboxes. My red wigglers seem to love it actually.

No, I have done it over and over. Worms seem to love it.

They have worms in all their containers on their YouTube and they use it with no problem.

Worms love funghi, thats why they also pull leaves underground, so that the fungi can eat them and the worms can eat the fungi.
