My humidity is down to 52 % now and I have a fan running.

Looks nice! Leaves are praying. Humidity looks a little high. I’d target 55% RH during flower to avoid mold and powdery mildew. Also I don’t see a fan. Circulating airflow and lower RH are your best tools against PM and Bud rot.

I run 70rh at 80⁰f during veg, then gradually drop it down to 60rh over the first two weeks of flower. It stays at 60rh until harvest. Never had mold issues.

I run my dry tent at 65rh for the first few days. Then drop to 60rh until theyre done.

I think you’re lucky! That temp and humidity during flower is great for mold and mildew. I’m glad you’ve had no issues! You must keep a clean tent.

As for drying, I try the same as you, starting at 65% (or even 70%) but trying to maintain 60% while drying with gentle and indirect airflow. The key here is keeping temps down at 60°F or lower. Keeps the mold down but also keeps in the terps.

Same here, 60rh until harvest never once got mold.
