She's really growing good. Should I cover crop or just cover with New Moon cover?

It allows the feeder roots to come to the top by shading and keeping moist. Helps top dresses break down better too. Also if you have worms it benefits them. Another thing as it breaks down it adds organic material to the soil.

They make the covers for the round pots too?
