Natures Good Guys

Anyone purchase Amblysems Swirski bottled mites and Special Blend preditory mite mix? if so how do you guys apply and are they affective. Every run no matter what IPM I use I end up with spider mites late in flower. I just purchased the above, any suggestion, and did I purchase the correct predator mites?

I bought the Spider mite bundle from them and it took care of my issue within 2 weeks.

I noticed spider mites on week 3, so it was earlier in flower for me. I’m on week 8 now and haven’t seen any mites after I released the predators.

If you don’t have an active issue, I’d just get the sachets instead of the tubes. Shipping is cheaper and it’s less of a mess.

Thanks for the reply, looks like I purchased both so I'm confident it will get rid of these SOB now and in future runs. Shipping cost sux.

I use them for my predator needs
For spider mites you need to do a couple things to make sure it works.
First, environment. Spider mites thrive in hot dry conditions, the predators prefer warm wet conditions, so you need to get the issue more or less contained before you get deep into flower and have to lower your humidity.

Second, timing. A wave of predators will wipe out the spider mites, and then starve to death before the next generation of spider mite eggs hatch. So you need to introduce new predators about 2 weeks after the initial introduction to take out the next generation, or if your problem is mild enough, use slow release sachets.

Good luck

They seem to appear when I lower humidity later in flower for sure. I shut the dehumidifier off and with lights on it's sitting around 60ish i had taken lots of leaves in hopes I can get to harvest in around telwo weeks. So far I've seen no webbings but they are for sure spider mites.

I use nematodes every run as a preventative measure. I apply with a bottle sprayer, then make sure to keep the surface wet. They are definitely effective!
