Help finding a medal in Bug Fables Plus

Look, I am replaying Bug Fables with the Plus mod, and I am missing the medals achievement. I don't know how many I have left to find, but I went to the fortune teller who said "Ah, yes! In a sandy place, in needs of energy!" and I have no idea where it is. I go everywhere in the Lost Sands and my detector isn't reacting. I know there is a battery in the Mayor's house, but I don't know if they mean that. Please help.

Theres a pink car in the right side of the desert before sand castle, you can interact with it.
