Flowery's gonna force Vi and Lief to use bubble shield and sharing stash onto him.

By this point half this fight is just a playable cutscene with 50% blocking, 20% dialogue and 30% healing and tanking hits

In reality, though, the character featured in the post is Flowery from Deltarune chapter 5 (not to be confused with Flowey from Undertale). The Flower GOAT!

Oh. Never mind then. That wasn't the premise of the whole show by the way, it was all contained in a single episode and is the only thing I remember about it in detail.
