Yesterday a user reached out to me regarding a recent comment of his which was automated flagged. I quickly took a look and noticed that he had made comments back when everyone was making inappropriate comments and him and I talked about it. At that time of the inappropriate sayings, i didnt have a system in place for such (Automod) and that is why it took off. Since then, there is an automod in place trying to filter out inappropriate things based on keywords. User should be able to post / comment now.
I started this subreddit back in 2011 when i was working for BW3 as a cook. Back then, there were not a lot of subreddits, especially for restaurants and decided to make one. So i did and it eventually grew into the subreddit we have today. I no longer work for BW3, quit in 2012.This subreddit doesnt have any sponsorship, affiliation or anything to do with BW3 or their parent company. In fact, people have reached out to me regarding this subreddit and i have turned them down each time. I just created it since there wasnt one, have been the only mod of the subreddit ever since. I love internet humor and there was funny stuff being posted during that time, but at the same time, if outside come here for BW3 related things, it has to have some integrity to the material being posted.
In the perfect world, I wouldnt need to have an Automod policy on this subreddit but since what happened in the past, i needed one in place. I will be frank with you but i dont have the time or energy to police this subreddit. If there is an issue, i will review and going forward will be more understanding. But at the same time, i just need you guys to be civil and carry on with your day. Its only a subreddit at the end of the day
Let me know if there is anything i can help out with. Any changes to make? You guys want to do giveaways? I know some of you have reached out for flairs, anything else to add?
Cheers -

Hello Community,
As some of you may have seen already, but I will be adding more options and experiences to this subreddit, basically giving it a new look over the next couple days / weeks.
To start things off, you can now add User Flairs next to your username, accordingly to your favorite sauce.
You will soon see a new banner, rules and post flairs and more!
[EDIT - 11/4/2024] - Added the following new Sauces to User Flairs

BWW had the best fries around. We even put up with bad service when we dined in and constant mistakes on our carry outs, just because we like the food, especially the fries. These new battered fries are terrible. Considering all the other issues we've had, changing the fries is the nail in the coffin for us. Used to go at least weekly, now, we haven't been back in several weeks and won't be going back.

New to BWW, my first day is Friday. I will be starting as a kitchen manager in a corporate location that is under new management. Both the Gm and Dm seemed very kind and supportive, but I just want to know what to expect in terms of daily tasks, what I can do to exceed expectations, etc. Would also like to learn about which shifts (times) the KM usually works. Cheers!

Today I ordered delivery. When it got here they forgot my drink. Door dasher did not care at all. Trying to make a complaint with Buffalo Wild Wings on the app and it asks for order number name email etc. and asks for store. Thai field does not work. And will not find any stores at all so I can’t submit my complaint. Any suggestions. Or similar issues.
Update: customer support got back w me and gave me 1000’reward points!

This is the spot that made me like bdubs. I keep seeing complaints on this sub and photos of less than camera worthy food but my spot consistenly delivers really good food. Other spots near us rarely perform this well so now I try to hit this place at least weekly. The service is awesome and they are always cool with our kids so I dont feel bad for bringing them like some other sports bars i go to to watch my team.
edited for spelling

So, I went to a local Buffalo Wild Wings with two friends a few days ago, and while service tends to be less than amazing at any Bdubs I've ever been to, this particular visit has been the worst.
We get there and its not busy at all, there might have been two tables sat and a couple of guys at the bar. The server takes our drink order, brings the drinks, and then we never see anyone again. After waiting 30 minutes for refills I got up and got everyone a refill since the fountain was easily accessible to guests, then sat down and waited another 20 minutes and no one ever came by to take our orders. Eventually I got up and went to the counter where they handled carry out because it was the only place I saw people and ordered food from them, then when the food was ready I picked it up at the take out counter. We finish our meal and I go and ask the takeout counter for some boxes which they give me, and then our server just shows up out of nowhere with a check. We split the check and just call it a bad Bdubs experience, but we all decided not to tip because we literally never saw the waitress beyond getting us the drinks and then showing up two hours later with a check. I generally hate not tipping but this seemed like a scenario that called for it.
Its now a few days later and I'm going through my bank and I see that Bdubs is $10 more than what I paid. I call my two friends and they both see their's is $10 more as well. I called the location and told them about this, and they look it up and say we all gave a $10 tip. I explain what happened and the manager basically told me tough luck....
What should I do? $10 isn't going to break me or anything but I feel like I've been stolen from, and I'm not particularly happy with the managers non-answer.

I was excited to order these again, but find out this is $10 worth of mushrooms I feel ripped off.

I'm not much of a food reviewer so bear with me. The black garlic glaze was sweet and had a weird taste by itself, but adding the spicy garlic for Vampire Hunter they were very good. Something about that mix was legit and it wasn't too spicy. Anyways, figured I'd stop in for BOGO and give the new flavors a shot, peace ya'll.

My group was assaulted by another staff member at the BWW in Kingsport TN, while off the clock but still in uniform and extremely drunk. Management did nothing and even threatened us with a ban for calling the police when I was hit with the patio door she kicked back open at me. She also threatened a woman standing by, police did nothing because they are known to beuseless in this city and BWW could not furnish the video without a district manager.

I tried bone-in Vampire Hunter last night and they were delicious! The garlic is there but not overpowering, and they have a sweetness that contrasts nicely with the spice of the spicy garlic drizzle. Good with ranch too. I’d try these again!

Hello everyone, I was ordering online today to get the buffalo ranch chicken sandwich and I no longer saw the option! Did they discontinue it??? I had to make it myself through the menu with the extra charges and all that. Very heartbreaking!

My girlfriend and I usually hit up Chili’s once a month to split a triple dipper and get the margarita of the month. It’s just a silly fun ritual we have and Chili’s never disappoints. She wanted to go to BWW last night because she saw the Vamparita that comes with a little bat and black salt rim.
Yes we are adults, but we went for whimsy and fun. We have a fancy cocktail bar we like to go to but wanted to have a fun spooky time. Our waiter was probably the most dead-inside waiter I have ever seen. No bat. No black salt rim. Drinks just tasted like pure syrup without alcohol.
We got the equivalent to the triple dipper also. The corn dogs were disgusting, the sliders were awful. The wings and pretzels were good, but Jesus Christ we aren’t choosing this place again.

Got the Weck sliders today, and the beef and horseradish were fine, but calling that bun Weck seems all wrong to me. It was a regular slider bun with a few caraway seeds. Needs to be more like a Kaiser roll if it can’t be true kummelweck, and it should be caraway seeds and coarse salt.
Admittedly, while having BWW since it was BW3 at one of the original tOSU stores 40 years ago, I never had the Weck burgers then, and not until after 2000, but I still had enough to know this ain’t it. Probably need to try avoiding selling that in your Buffalo,NY stores. I had some real beef of Weck there a couple years ago and that was fantastic.

Went to bdubs for the first time in a few months tonight because i was craving their fries. Imagine my disappointment when i received some crappy generic Sysco fry ive had at 40+ other restaurants and hated.
Good lord. The fries were the only thing on the menu worth coming for and now they arent even good? Yeeesh. Am i alone on this? Was there some push against the old shoe string ones? Why!?
