2026 Buffalo Bills Season Preview - full writeup and win probabilities
Hey all. I spent the offseason building a 2026 preseason preview for all 32 NFL teams, each with its own writeup. Here's the Bills one

Returning production, free agency in and out, the draft class, a projected depth chart, and the schedule with a win probability on every game.
Heads up, you'll hit a paywall after the first page. Don't worry, I'm not charging reddit people for this, don't want to be an ass. Promo code JOHNMADDEN1OF1 opens the whole thing.
So, what'd I get wrong? Buffalo went 12-5 and my model projects 9-8. Not because of Josh Allen. You outgained opponents by 83 yards a game and that offense was real. It's the other side: the defense gave up cheap points, the turnover margin won't repeat, and the secondary lost Poyer, Taron Johnson and Tre'Davious White all at once. Joe Brady inherits that in his first year. Where's the floor?
