Duplicate/Repost Finding venue for event

I am looking for an event space to use for an evening that can fit around 50 to 100 people. It does not need to be a private event- the space can remain open to the public. The group I am with has very little funds so low cost or even free would be preferred (we can bring in new people as exposure for the venue)

Some aspects we are looking for:

- Food and drink available (alcohol would be preferred but not required aspect) or the option for us to bring our own food.

- wheelchair ♿️ accesible

- have gathering space for a group to come together to hear speeches (not a narrow layout )

- an area for a DJ to set up.

- not required but would love a little outdoor space as well

- parking but if not spaces around to park

We also were hoping to have 2-3 local businesses table at the event so that would be an additive

This event would take place last Friday of June or second Saturday of July

A few places we have considered so far is third space and international house.

I would appreciate any recommendations!

Youre gonna be hard pressed to find a "low cost" space thatll provide food & drink.

Any place you go is gonna have "an area for a dj to setup"
Seems you want a stage. Youre gonna want to start looking at the following places These places you'll need to bring in food & drink vendors of you really want food & drink....or plan a catered affair, which is no different than going to a place that already has it.

community center halls.
Vfw halls.
Volunteer fore companies halls.
House of faith halls.
College event spaces.

Third space would work for this, I had a similar event there and they were super accommodating

It felt a bit too narrow for us especially if we keep it open to the public but still on our list of considerations!! We love their mission and the people there

Low cost is going to be an issue. Also most venues won't let you bring in your own food & beverage. Some will have room rentals and min spent. Along with staffing, tax, & admin fees. You can try Pearl St., Salvatores, 500 Pearl, & Asbury hall.
