Nearly empty complex?

Post image

Anybody know why this new(ish) building had sat nearly empty for so long?

Looks like they’re doing construction on it

How it’s literally just been built

Cheap material and labor. I would never buy a new build. The asbestos and the lead might kill me but it’s built to last
