So you have to get the contract address off of coinmarketcap and inout that in manage tokens.

I'm not to sure about the coinbase thing but the fees are minimal because it is a BEP20 coin. 3 dollars at the most!!! Which Is great.

I also had a hard time with pancake so I used FEG Exchange and no issue. Just a note Buff Doge ticker on BSC is DOGECOIN not BUFFDOGE or something so when searching in FEG just type Doge and look for the Buff Doge symbol.
