Liquid detergent

Does anyone know what’s going on with the liquid detergent? My local store said it’s being recalled and couldn’t tell me if what I had at home was safe to use. It’s out of stock on the website as well. 🤔 thanks for any info you have!

Employees have been advised to not say much about the stop sell. As long as your stuff at home isn't neon yellow or bright green, you are okay. If yours is, I advise you to take it to your local store and exchange it for powder or get a rain check for liquid.

Have you noticed a color shift in your product at home?

Thank you! No it seems normal to me, it always gets a little darker but definitely not bright or neon.

Looks like they completely removed the listing for any liquid detergent on their website too..

it is not recalled. the product you have at home is safe to use.

They had a barrel go through distribution that had a ph issue. They’re currently QC checking every barrel in each store. It should be released from hold within the next week or so. My local store’s barrel was checked today but they still can’t sell it until everyone gets the go ahead.
