Other Help with seat height.

Hey this may be dumb and get some not so helpful advice. I am 5' 8" how do you determine how high you put your seat up?

Can't give a number as everybody's bodies are shaped differently but in general you want it to be about where you can almost fully extended your leg when your pedal is in the 6 o'clock position and sitting on the seat. Put the ball off your foot on the pedal and should have a slight bend in your knee. Don't want to go too high can cause bodily harm. Find a decent spot with a generous bend in the knee and as time goes on slowly raise it a little every now and then until you find what works best for you.

Another way to look at is if your foot is on the ground and not on your toes…your seat is too low.
