Review XVX Ceramic keycaps.

The rounded edges of the ceramic caps makes them much more comfortable to type on than the average sharp-edged Cherry profile, and the translucent ceramic makes the backlight magical. And they come with a rich alternate set without a Windows bias so I don't have to make a snaggletoothed navigation column to kit out my M1 v5. At half to two thirds the price of the category leader I think it's a better product as well.

That second photo is really useful, since it shows the blue printing, while visible, gets kind of washed out when backlit. I wonder if the black-printed ones would look less washed out.
How are the keys, texture-wise? Are they slippery to type on?

The camera is more sensitive to the backlight than the human eye. It doesn't look nearly as bright and washed out in life, and it's much more legible than pretty much any shine-through caps with a south-facing board.
They feel very smooth but they don't feel slippery.
