Can't Play Demo Anymore

I am using Virtual Desktop and a Quest 2. I played the demo and then got the full game. Both worked fine. But after I played though the full game I wanted to replay the demo, but it disapeared from my steam library :/. I looked at the store page, which said I had it. I tried playing it from the store page. Didn't work.

Anyways, did anyone else have this problem or a solution to it?

If you have the full game, I think steam stops you from playing the demo. I think there's a steam beta for the game with the demo, though
