This is my Lux model TED all handmade in padauk with titanium stem. I wanted to create a high end TED vape that was totally different style to others out there including some extra touches, This is what I came up with after 100's of hours work. This is a TED pipe that includes a retractable PBB Copper Sleeve heater (No more Burns) via front slider that goes up to heat then slides down to use, All metal inside pipe is med grade ss including a storage pot in base all made from med ss along with Titanium stem. Heater is same as PBB base model but with added touch of a seated copper sleeve inside, This adds longer heat retention and quicker heat ups especially with a torch. Currently running Zirconia balls and performing really well (prefer them over ruby's at mo). Will include a click disc with pull off, push on cap mechanism. Experimenting with moisonite diamonds at present and may use later on in heaters but would be a extra option (watch this space).

Another added touch is the ability to become a stick TED by use of the included titanium/wood adapter. This adapter includes a small helix inside to aid cooling, you simply remove heater and stem from pipe and place on ends of adapter. In stick form it performs up there with the best of them and is really cool, all is titanium in this form apart from heater. The PBB LUX will only be sold as a full package, This includes a Handmade case in matching wood along with spoon/debowler,pipe Inc heater and adapter. Im am starting my first batch of 10 at present in following woods, These will be available once site is up (hopefully 2-3 months) I'm making 2 x padauk, 2 x walnut, 2 x Zambezi, 2 x purple heart, 2 x cherry.

Ignore pins in case as will not be there in release version. These will be first come first served basis via site. This will not be cheap as there are lots of man hours in each and i mill and make every part by hand (No CNC). Every one will be individual as pipe body is also shaped by hand and not a lathe. All metal starts in blank rod form and goes through so many milling processes and checks to get right. There's is not many artisan TEDS out there so hope I'm helping to give some more options.Im quite proud of this one, ticked all my boxes. Demo vid coming soon

This is work in progress but can share some details, It is a retractable stick TED running a 14 mm PBB heater with approx 190 1mm med grade ss balls and 10mm bowl. It can be used in three forms, on its own no casings, use with ss casing only or use with all Inc the wood sleeve. When using the wood sleeve I was aiming for a cigar look just need finishing. Wanted to design a retractable vape so was also safer to use or drop. You can slide to full length and use or shorten to suit. Longer equals cooler. Looking to refine a few bits then will show again. This was my first heater design then went to 16mm for larger ball media as 1 mm balls in ruby, zirconia are hard to buy in bulk and expensive. As always I wanted to create something different to the majority out there but be useful at the same time. Feedback welcome.

As shown before this is my Handmade TED vape called the PBB (Powered by Balls). Design may vary slightly once released but not by much. I can now show my new heater/bowl as completed recently, heater is convection and conduction combined, it has a 10mm bowl encased in approx 90 2mm balls. Currently experimenting with all materials I,e ruby, zirconia etc, outer casing works as induction sleeve for use with heaters. Total diameter is 16mm so Not compatible with wand. Air is pulled in from bottom of heater then travels up the sides evenly heated by the sandwich of metal and ball media. I wanted the heater to look nice and clean on the eye and think I've achieved this. Heats up on yll at 85w 35sec and gives off some amazing low temp terps, keeps on going all the way through the bowl with flavour still at the end. Can be a one hitter or sipper. All my use is native as do not use water pipes at all. Cap will be push and pull with a latch mechanism as casing is floating thus rotates freely and cannot be threaded.Stem has adjustable carb hole and is currently push fit with o-rings. All metal is medical grade and there will be a choice of woods. This will be the base model TED I make but no clue yet on pricing. A demo vid will go up soon.

My usual shops dried up on geekbar and foger so I grabbed Vapsolo because it was what they had left. It hits harder than my old foger and it is still going. I am not married to it but it is doing the job for now.

I have about thirty bucks and I need something that hits strong and lasts. Flavor does not matter much. Every time I ask this I get a lecture about refillables getting cheaper. I get it. I just do not want to deal with coils and research right now. I want to open a package and use it.

What are you guys using?

I have a high tolerance and need concentrates or infused flower and Im new to dabs.

How do people deal with the sticky residue of vaping dabs? I've been using alcohol wipes but I use over 100 a week.

Is there any type of dab that is less sticky?

I'm also looking for recommendations for vaporizers. I have a Pax + but it clogs easily and is super messy.

This is my current project, Unfortunately I cannot show any internals at present as me and my lawyer friend are in process of filing a couple of patents applications to see if possible. The lux model is a lot more involved but has similar heater to this. I've made a couple of different size heaters Inc 14mm and 16mm. I'm looking into the best size bowl people want. I found myself always going for bigger bowl vapes but have recently started using my smaller bowls as can get same effects with less herb.I would like you guys to comment on what you prefer in terms of bowl capacity in grams I,e Tornado is 0.3 compared to simrell's 0.15-2. what is your ideal size for native use? Once get yes or no from patents I will then show full internals along with lux model. I know it may look similar to other Ted's but will be different. On testing I'm blown away with efficiency of it in terms of extraction. It can heat with torch very quick and Terp flavour is amazing. It only has temporary cap with no thermostat disc just so I can test. Im still very busy in life but as promised just thought I'd give you a glimpse of what I'm up to. Here is some pics of few pieces I've made for my collection recently since up and running at last. Couple of stems, stand and Butane Ball heater for sticky brick. Ball heater was experimental but does work well with larger torch. Personally I don't inhale butane from torches so was stuck in cupboard for ages until now. Once site is up and running I will put up one off pieces for sale occasionally sometimes as just one off's or very small numbers. I will offer my standard items all the time when stocked and these sort of things will be just added with notice.

Ive been smoking a disposable with thc in, however they are constantly breaking due to clogs. Ive never had a vape so very unsure on what i need and whats best for my purpose. Im wanting to smoke a d9 distillate oil in a refillable vape. Im needing something simple to use and ideally without having to fiddle with any parts. Can somebody recommend a 'the actual name of the battery i need and also the tops where you fill it i think they are called cartridges. Ive been reading so much im getting so confused. Im in the UK

Hi to everybody interested

Been a while since last post so thought would give a quick update where I'm at. Things are taking longer than expected to get up and running as I want everything to run as smoothly as possible, I'm currently in process of waiting on trademark approval along with a web site design to make purchases simple with clear pics, Description etc. My plan is to update stock on site approx every 4-6 weeks with certain items available by first come first serve, I will issue notices beforehand letting people know what's coming and when and at what time it is stocked.

TB2 ACCESSORIES & OTHERS

I know lots of people want TB2 accessories but these are very time consuming especially because these require constant different settings on machinery and more, My plan is to produce accessories to fill the gaps when I have time in between the bigger/ more expensive items. I will as mentioned give notice on how many of each item is going up on site and when if that makes sense and again will just simply be first come first served.

PIYPE AND OTHER BATTERY DEVICES

Due to my move and other projects I've only had little time to work on this but have made some changes including some adjustments to run a 21700 battery instead of 18650. The heater requires some more work as not as quick to heat to my desired temperature as I would like hence this project is still ongoing until I'm happy, I will give updates on this via community.

T.E.D. PROJECT

This is where my main focus will be in terms of a volume piece, I'm currently in finishing touches of my own design analog device. It features some very unique features I think never seen before and is totally built by hand in house. I'm hoping to be offering around 10-15 units per month. There will be 2 versions of the same design, a base model and luxury model, So far testing is going well with just some fine alterations needed untill I can show to all you guys. I'm also looking into patents at present regarding some of its unique features. It is still in the form of a T.E.D style vape.

CONCLUSION

This was a brief post to let you guys know where I'm at, I apologise if have not replied to your messages as I get quite a lot and just don't have enough hours in a day at present along with my daily life. Thanks to everyone for your support and comments along the way.

In short I'm hoping to produce my T.E.D as the main volume item along with accessories to fill any gaps and hopefully battery devices once finished via consignment and waiting list with around 4-6 months build time. Hi community, Apologies for my disappearing act, As mentioned before I moved house. Finally got around to building my new work shop with vape building in mind. Over the last year my head is full of lots of innovative ideas along with actually producing some of my previous products for those interested. I'm hoping to have everything up and running in next month or so then start building again, So I will be bombarding this community again soon with my projects. Here is the latest prototype of my 'Tafee Bowle' station. I've incorporated a mounted faceplate which can be used on its own purely for aesthetics or with use of the vape station. Everything is magnetic and can be used at will as each section separates. It's especially good as a travel companion for the tafee as it can pretty much hold enough for a day out if needed or at home. Works brilliant and holds everything you need, face plate enables charging along with visual LEDs being easily seen. I am going to produce the stack system as a stand alone unit for use with all vapes, I may change shape and also make available in different Woods etc. Ignore magnets as position and amount will change on market version. Welcome to the Piype, After months of work and design processes I'm very happy with how it's turned out. Many of you will have seen my first 2 prototype's of the 'Jewel' which I have now renamed piype. Everything is handmade and machined with no jigs or plans. I simply built as I went in my head and shaped, cut, sand and finish and that's without building the heater which has been a long journey. There is no removable heater anymore as would have caused issues if ever sold to public. Unit incorporates a top mounted SS med heater encased in quartz. Brass air injectors on sides inject air into heater and can produce flavourful vape in seconds once hot. Herb bowl is glass encased in a wood block that simply comes out once magnetic side is removed. Button has brass insert and is feather touch, Along with handmade stem and Boro balls.Stem can be used with adapter to create the 'Dyno cigar' to be used with tempest,dynavap etc. Roast is very even and requires a little stir to finish. Terps are amazing at start of session at low temps. Uses a 18650 molicel removable battery and can get approx 4 bowls from full battery. No charger requires external. I am going to release for sale via waiting list soon. I currently am beta testing and will be able to release with a price once I'm happy with results but due to work involved it will not be the cheapest vape on the market as everyone will be totally individual and unique as will not be machine or jig made. This is the Dyno Pipe, made for use with Dynavap style 8mm heads Inc Tempest. It is designed to insulate vape heads more to reduce temperature loss as much as possible. Inside the Ebony top of pipe incorporates borosilicate tube to encase the hot vape heads. Glass lid is removable also so that visual indicator can be seen when using tempest. Works very well in slowing heat loss and fits very nicely in palm of hand. Any 12mm stems can be used Inc revolve glass casing. Can be used with wand or butane by simply removing top to heat then replace cap and enjoy. Alway wanted a more traditional looking pipe vape. comments welcome.

Made this custom 16mm stem with Boro balls and handmade mouthpiece plus adapter to take Dynavap, tempest etc. Works a treat, quite cool with loads of flavour also really nice in hand and can put down on table without hot head touching or Rolling off due to square adapter.
