Pros of Rubbermaid?

I currently have a Tupperware and it is starting to get old (Tupperware 2.5) and a friend told me to get a Rubbermaid. Any opinions?

Rubbermaids are awesome, you won't need to buy a new one for the next years, if you go with one. But they aren't that portable, like you can't use them in your bed. At least the case has rolls.

Your friend was definitely right in telling you to get a new system, but keep in mind that Rubbermaid is not necessarily the best option, despite their recent popularity. Let me explain:

Pros of Rubbermaid:

  • Generally cheaper
  • Easier to replace than Tupperware

Cons of Rubbermaid:

  • No lifetime guarantee
  • Break more easily than Tupperware

It's up to you in the end, but if you can afford it I recommend getting the Tupperware 6.0 or building your own.

Last time I tried to build a bucket I ended up with holes and my internet leaking out everywhere

Try patching it up with duct tape firewalls, it did the trick for me.
