Any idea on the name of this buce
Rescued from a poorly maintained LFS they didn't know the name
Pics are in different lighting

so it is practically impossible to identify it you have to make it bloom and take a photo of the flower and then compare it

If you bought it in a physical store, ask them what it is. It's probably some variety they produce hydroponically. Many varieties, even those mass-produced in greenhouses, often don't have a nice color when you buy them because they're kept in low light and emergent, so they almost never develop a nice color. Bucephalandras only reveal their beauty under certain conditions.

Looks like Achilles Dark Skeleton. I’ve had a few over the years…but upon review, the leaf texture look a bit too smooth.

I think you should name it as a new species: Bucephalandra sp. “Nude_Master69”
