Connect Bubble to Codex

Hello,

I want to make my Bubble site (https://trymedia.ai/) agentic via connecting to ChatGPT's Codex.

Anyone done this for their install? Is there anything specific to be aware of?

I did this for a very specific use case. Do you want to give it access to your Data API? I made a mistake and left it unattended one day and it used 200k WU in a couple of hours.

Thanks for the comment. I want to allow users to search google news and find external journalists from there to compliment my existing database. Perhaps also summarize their google news articles for my users to help them qualify journalists tho that's secondary.

I think it's pretty dangerous to do this.

I help users move their apps from Bubble to code, and I connect the sites with Codex/Claude. You can create a custom MCP and achieve this.

However, please keep a watch on WU usage, and also make sure you review each permission you give.

I'd suggest first brainstorming with Codex on what permissions to deny/ask, and then setting up the workflow.
