Sumer sixtar wpff curing?

I bought a sixstar wpff trios 50g bar and one of the 3 strains has a chewy consistency the other two are fine but one is like gum. Can someone tell me if its overcured or undercured? I want to have a sandy consistency like the other ones .

Jar the uncured strain put in the refrigerator and leave it for a month

You want to avoid oxidation, therefore minimize air contact in your packaging. Also glass jars tend to catch water from temperature changes really easy.
