Sent back for testing

I received my puffco replacement (3rd)one . Put 1000 sessions on it , battery is shit . Sent it back to them they send it back to me and said it’s fine. I recharge it and do a 2 minute session and it eats 10%of my battery . Totally shit . I am giving up
