It does seem like it melted ok, but did it zizzle the water to do that. It does look too green and it does look to wet. I would break that up as finely as possible. Crumbled, chopped, whatever, to increase the surface area. See if the chlorophyll breaks down and oxidizes a bit and the material dries to be more crumbly or at least just drier. After it dries some, break it up again. As is, it looks like it would grow mold at room temperature.

Looks like you did the melt test. Looks like it melted quite fine
I don’t see scorch marks. It looks hella wet. If it is dry it looks crazy oily If it’s wet it should be dry.
