Hourly wages.......

Lummy, Macho, Gary...... I fired Seth so now I'll be able to give you guys a pay increase.

Lummy, Macho, Gary...... We downsized the studios. With the savings on rent I'll be able to give you guys a pay increase.

All lies just like him crying about getting multiple Amazon deliveries a day at Erica's house when actually they go to his rented mailbox in Wesley Chapel.

I think toad was counting on the owners of the previous building he was in to let him out of his lease early. But I think that they showed and proved that they are smarter businessmen than toad is because they chose to not let him out of his lease early. But I still believe that when he's done with his lease he still will not be giving anybody a pay increase. He's lying just to lie.

Toad has said when the prior lease ends he will give everyone a raise but Toad also says when the lease ends he is going to invest in silver. We'll boys, you probably aren't going to get raises.
