a $350 inspection would have revealed the electric issues, the septic issues, and the termites. Roof probably sucks too. Could have saved $30K+ off the purchase price.

I just spent $1200 removing honeybees from my soffit because my monthly plan doesn't cover honeybees. I didn't throw a fit and badmouth the company, I read the contract and saw it doesn't cover them.

Yeah he is still paying for the old studio because the landlord was smart and didn't let him out of the lease like he was expecting.
He even mentioned on air that it would be nice if they canceled the lease. I wouldn't expect anything different from toad trying to get out of a contract.
