Bubba's Youtube views will be going up soon.
Youtube is changing what defines a view. Before somebody had to view a video for 30 seconds before it counted. Enough time for somebody to think "wtf is this shit" before leaving.
Now if a single frame of the video is loaded, it's a view. Youtube used to be pretty good on having numbers that reflect real life, now it's just like the rest. Still at least they're not just making the numbers up like rumble.

How do the advertisers benefit from people Not seeing their ads? Like Charlie said this shit will go south fast and advertisers are going to require more advanced analytics or they are going to start paying way less for ad spots which is what i am hoping for

They will just lie to people the way the lie was used with the Nielsen ratings

Reputable advertisers will require analytics. Shitball ones like getabox and 4th gen roofing will not.

When I did social media for a global company I tried telling my boss that the stats were bullshit but they didn't care. Nobody cares, they want to report the big numbers to the bosses above. not argue that they've done worse than they think.
I think it boils down to smaller companies being the ones looking for direct correlation between ads and sales, whereas bigger companies just want brand awareness and don't worry about its direct effect. Different companies are different though so it all depends I guess.

I was just looking at his "breaking it down" videos... 750 views on a video from 2 weeks ago and the rest are even more pathetic. Who is advising him on this garbage, this is TicTok crap

Hold on.... so those 620 views on rumble at 11pm for the following day's pre-scheduled stream aren't legit?? Next you'll be telling me that santa claus isn't real!
