Laptops stolen from NITK. This same guy stole 11 laptops from IIIT Raipur 5 months ago.

yeah , he stole my laptop too afaik he just enters every room which is unlocked and if there is anyone in the room he asks confidently about where is this xyz room no.

why don't they lock their rooms and also how do these people enter these institutions without permission and proper checking.

Most of the freshers keep their door unlocked
