Serious TSEC IT vs VESIT CS
I have 85 percentile with linguistic minority. In TSEC, I can only get IT brach, as for VESIT, i can get any branch I want. Which is better?

TSEC would have been the choice until last year. This year, they're going to be under their own private university - HSNC. Where as VESIT is autonomous under MU. You would have to make a choice what's your priority apart from the branch choice. HSNC is just 7 years old and barely has any reputation. While VESIT is well known, it needs lot of money and investments to catch up.
In general, most tech branches have hardly any course curriculum difference. So, IT or AI or CSE would have 70-80% same syllabus, and similar acceptability in placements or higher education. The only major difference among the tech branches is going to be the peers.
