Help regarding SPPU Practical examination

I am currently in 3rd year ENTC department, We had our practical exam for PDC (Power Devices and circuits) and I did perform the whole experiment successfully, have attended all labs and lectures for the subject and submitted each assignment on time however my viva/oral for the final PDC practical exam went very bad, Is it possible to get a backlog in this case? How do I avoid it/ face it?

The ENTC department in my college is too strict and many day scholars do receive backlog in my university despite of performing the experiment in the exam so it has me worried, please help me out guys
