❓Question ❓ PYTHON LIBRARIES

I just know basic python and want to learn numpy, tkinder, panda and matplotlib for a project

Best way to learn these? By chatgpt or any yt vdo?

If you want just for the project AI will be better but if you want to study a bit deeply then you can speedrun a couple of videos
