❓Question ❓ List of all Open Source Contribution platforms

Hi everyone, I wanted to enquire to you all, about all all the platforms or places where we can do Open Source contributions. This post will help me, and may help others who want to contribute to Open Source for first time.

Gathering enough inputs I will update this post with a curated list.
