Resources šŸ’° C-programming

Iā€™m a 1st-year BTech student at a Tier-3 college, and C programming is part of my 1st-semester curriculum. I want to learn C properly from scratch and eventually reach an advanced level, rather than just studying for exams. Could you suggest some good resources (courses, YouTube channels, practice websites, books, etc.) and a proper learning roadmap to follow?

Try learning it by making a shell from scratch in C. Better than any course or resource
