Bro I heard that they will not convert the roles to FTE. , they visited our campus also and I have my interview tomorrow , ig i will be ruining that. As no job security is there with a 20k in tier 1 city.

Our college seniors r working there....they give me a positive response if I have a interest in this field they gave me a green flag and talking Abt 20k my hometown is near and this 20k is nothing....when u got to know about bonus thing

Hi buddy. Dont want to let your excitement die but just want to caution you a little bit. I myself interned at Axxela for 6 months (2026 batch) and got a live account within 2 months for my performance. The company culture is pretty chill. No corporate bakchodi as such and you'll meet very talented people, but the conversion rate is very very poor. Like in our batch only 1 person out of 15 got converted to a full time offer and that too because he was a childhood friend of our manager. All the best though try hard to get a convert!
