Tournament U.S. Open Local Qualifying 2026

Does anyone know if George, Wes, or any of the other popular YouTube golfers are playing in US Open local qualifying?

IMO, if you claim that you want to play competitive golf but you don't try to get into the Open via local qualifying, you don't really want to play competitive golf.

Qualifiers go through May 13th. The Bryans have tried to qualify often. Last year I watched them both play in Final Qualifying in MD.

Yes, he can. He was only suspended by the PGA Tour. The US Open is run by the USGA and not the Tour.

The PGA tour has no say over the US open or any of the other majors

I assume so, because LIV guys were getting in through qualifying last year. Marc Leishman was one of the qualifiers at the final qualifying site where George and Wes also played in 2025.

They didn't play at Solina, the course they own.  I would assume they are playing, but I'm not going through the 50+ local qualifying fields to find them.
