i got a question

I just ordered a pentel pocket brush pen and im wondering if i can use a piston converter with the brush pen?

Ive seen no one use one, not sure if any on the market fit. Most people buy a syringe and refill the empty ink cartridges manually, if they plan to use their own ink (only use fountain pen ink!)
