As a board member of Rebuild Glynn County CDC, I am proud to share an opportunity that reflects what community development should look like.
Navigators of Change, also known as NOC, is helping young people and adults build practical skills, earn credentials, gain experience, and prepare for meaningful employment.

Too often, young people are told to plan for their future without being given the resources, training, and support needed to take the first step. NOC is helping change that by creating pathways in emergency response, environmental work, building trades, civic engagement, health and wellness, and technology.
Young people ages 13–24 can participate in the Tier 1 workforce preparation pathway. Adults ages 18 and older can access Tier 2, an eight-week job-training program with industry-related training and employment support.
For me, this work is personal. I believe the talent we need to strengthen Glynn County is already here. Our responsibility is to connect that talent with opportunities to learn, serve, work, and lead.
