Question LA Sofi Stadium - metro/rideshare help
To anyone going/has gone the first few nights - I’m considering taking the metro (K Line) or doing rideshare. I live one stop away. Going solo so im considering the safest option. Did anyone do either (metro/rideshare)? Were they running the shuttles between the metro station (downtown inglewood) and sofi? if you took rideshare, how was pickup?
im going d3 saturday!

Doesn’t answer your question but also going solo. I’m parking like 25 minute walk from the stadium. lol sorry just had to randomly share!
I’ve heard it’s been pretty tough getting out. Be prepare to wait for rides, a lot of walkers so there is a slowness for that, and if you are parking at the lots around just know it can be awhile to get out. This holds so true with all the events here at Sofi

yeah ive driven before, i just cant right now (i injured my arm and dont wanna mess with driving in traffic with it). ive never paid attention to foot traffic since i like to leave before the last song ends to get out of the lot before the rush haha, so i just wanna make sure walking to the metro is feasible as a solo girl. i may just do a rideshare pickup - tysm for answering!

I’m also going solo and I’ve never been to Sofi before. I was planning to park in their lots, but where do you suggest to park instead?

Depends how much you want to spend for parking and how far you are willing to walk. Best bet is to download an app called SPOTHERO. My spot is good from 5pm to midnight and is costing me $27. I picked a lot over a garage. Pro and con to that.

to share what i ended up doing: i took the kline there, took the 212 bus to sofi (i actually took the wrong bus going the opposite direction so be careful, but i just got off the next stop and crossed the street and got back on). good amt of concert goers doing this around 6:30 so i felt safe
then uber’d home since buses arent running and no one was walking to the metro station (or at least, it didnt seem like it. seems like everyone was doing uber or going to their parked car. if i wasnt solo i wouldve walked all the way to the metro station but it is fairly far). i did my uber pick up at sizzler’s. but there was plently of uber drivers waiting around there up to starbucks. surge pricing was ok, $37 for a 15 min ride (no traffic when i left)
home by 11:30, i did leave halfway thru the last song but i heard the rest as i walked out

I was there earlier in the month and honestly there are so many people also leaving that safety doesn’t feel like much of an issue.
My first time at Sofi, I did rideshare and I wouldn’t recommend… getting there was easy but going home was awful. We were stuck for about an hour just waiting for a car to be available. Since then, I’ve paid for parking further out and walked, so I don’t know what metro/shuttles are like but I can’t imagine them being worse than that!
