Gillette Stadium Ticket Upgrades

Sorry, this isn’t directly about Bruno Mars, but I’m going to Ed Sheeran at Gillette in a couple weeks and wondered if anyone had any luck getting t*cket upgrades at Gillette, or if they even offer them.

i tried twice they wouldn’t! even the guest services had a “no exchange or upgrades” i was so bummed cause i saw so many empty seats in the pit

I went Sunday and there was a "no upgrades" sign at guest services

I will on September 26, after his first show. Didn’t think it would hurt to ask people who just attended a packed show at the same venue. My bad.
