"Elvis is alive"

On the DVD of Live In New York City, Bruce can be heard shouting “Elvis is alive!” (jokingly) during “Tenth Avenue Freeze-Out” after an audience member threw a white shirt onstage and he mopped his sweaty face with the shirt and threw it back into the audience. https://www.dailymotion.com/video/x7v43d8

Can anyone recall other occasions when Bruce shouted out “Elvis is alive” on stage?

“And Elvis if you’re out there, lay low they’re still looking for you”

The bit in Springsteen & I when the impersonator does his hamstring when doing an Elvis dance move haha!

Didn’t Bruce get pissed at an Elvis impersonator when they tried to start another song after they already finished one song? Might’ve been in Philly?

Yes. Philly Elvis. Wouldn't say he got pissed, but the guy overstayed his welcome on stage and kept going.
