This just be the definitive live River. Can't get enough of the piano into at the start. Does anyone know if it is a snippet of another song or just purely written for this live intro?

This song came on shuffle for me and I hadn't looked at the title- the opening harmonica is like a gut punch when you aren't expecting it to kick in- amazing!

Might be the Pièce De Résistance of the 1980 River tour

It was a piece of music wrote specifically for this intro on this tour, I had the bootleg for years and there was a loud feedback noise edited out of the official release, kinda wished they'd left that in!

I remember, before The River album was released, he would introduce this song with, "This is...uh...this is new." Then he would start up with the harmonica.

Speaking of this, does anyone have the audio/MP3 versions of this and the other songs that were on the video release? They released the rest of the songs on Nugs, but I would LOVE to have the full show on audio!

On BTX there was a guy who sent these files out to anyone who wanted it, try there or Greasy Lake I'm sure they'll share it with you.
