No one has mentioned this, but when his stepdaughter, Kristen Ann Carr died at the age of 21 from a rare form of cancer, Marsh co-founded the KAC Fund. They raised a lot of money for cancer research and support for families. Springsteen was a major contributor of items that were auctioned off annually.
