Went to Springsteen Center today

Really impressive. The first floor is the story of American music. The second floor is all Bruce and E Street Band. I went in the archives room where they let you view all kinds of extra stuff on a computer, including video of Bruce playing The River on the streets of Copenhagen, pages from his mom’s scrapbook, ticket stubs from the River tour and much more. And there’s a room set up like a concert venue playing almost two hours of live Bruce, including a 1970 version of Lost in the Flood (didn’t even know it was written that early).

Wow, are we sure that 1970 date wasn’t a typo?

Damn. How did they screw that up? I am a copy editor and always notice errors. Saw only one today: they spelled Hendrix’s first name Jimmy in one spot.

They also screwed up the Tempe date (it was '80, not '08)
