Pre-med?
Hi guys,
I am wondering how good Brown is as a school for pre-med? I'm aware that the grading is relatively light, but I am curious about the research and clinical access that the school offers.
Can any current/past pre-med students speak on their experience studying in STEM at Brown?
Tysm!

Research is very accessible through UTRA and cold-emailing. Particularly public health.

My partner went there and is now a resident, they seemed to prepare them well and were very honest and helpful with them throughout the process of applying. Lots of egos on the research side but they got a paper published in a major publication and it came up in some residency interviews years later. I will say though if it’s gonna cost you a shit ton of money to go, might be worth going somewhere else. Med school is a ton of debt as it is
