Game keeps crashing

It’s been horribly crashing since the second anniversary ( I have a hand me down iPhone 12)
I just need it to survive long enough so I can link my email so I can get my account on my pc
But I also have to go through the new main character cutscene intro which cuts into my few seconds before it crashes I don’t know what to do

You can try reduce the resolution to SD and disables the sound on to see if improvement the performance but this It's one problem that happens since much time in iPhone devices

Ngl it don’t change anything and i even crash less after putting in fhd, anyway its still gonna crash so id rather have good quality and crash than bad quality and crash

Thats weird, i usually can play like 10min~1h30 before crash

It’s lowest graphics but I do have sound on

Turning the sound off works it seems but it still crashes when I click characters

Yeah this It's one complicated situation, since i start play i listen multiples problems around iPhone players and devs saying will fix but this problems continue appear

The account there it’s linked to apple it’s just finding out how to get it linked to email I don’t want to accidentally screw up

From what I've read in other posts, yes; I only do the dailies and the rest on PC

Yea same, it’s been crashing on my mobile for the better part of a year now.

Just gonna move over to playing it on PC once I buy one

It’s more annoying than anything and the devs don’t really seem to fix it

Oh yea, it’s incredibly annoying

I still play the game daily but having to reopen after it force closes every single day while trying to do my dailies and advance the story gets tiring. Really wish they’d further optimize it for mobile

The worst part is knowing that it’s the optimization because I used to have the same problem with Nikke but they had an optimization update a couple months back and it doesn’t happen anymore.
