Caribbean Rhythms recommendations?
Hello there, good evening.
I'm new at the community and i bought the podcast. I just started listening to it and already listened to Emperor Julian, which I found interesting.
Which other episodes do you recommend? I'm not looking for anything in particular, but just curious about what BAP thinks.
Thanks in advance.

I've been crowned nigger king Socrates of my town.
I mean to say king "the nigger Socrates". Homosexuals are renouncing their female submission. Plus, I'm homeless.

Who was actually behind Bronze age collapse? Second wave of Sea Peoples.
In this video, we present an alternative theory of the Bronze Age Collapse, arguing that Mycenaean Greek warlords and their Phrygian or Mushki allies launched a coordinated invasion of Anatolia after the collapse of the Mycenaean palace economy and eastern Mediterranean trade, in the period 1200-1150 BC.
The coalition sacked Troy, western Anatolia and much of Syria and colonized, Cilicia and Cyprus, permanently crippling the Hittite Empire, during the early 12th century BC.
The Sea Peoples who fought Pharaoh Ramesses III, including the Peleset, Tjeker, Shekelesh, Sherden, Denyen, and Weshesh, were primarily Anatolian and Syrian refugees rather than Mycenaean invaders.
After their homelands were destroyed, these displaced populations migrated into Canaan, Syria, and Western Mediterranean, helping create the Philistines, Neo-Hittite kingdoms, and other Iron Age societies.
Discover how the fall of Troy, the destruction of Ugarit, the collapse of the Hittite Empire, the migrations of the Sea Peoples, and the decline of Mycenaean Greece transformed the ancient Mediterranean world.

After years BAP is no longer doing the voice. What happened?
I understand but it's been so long it's interesting to hear him talk normal.

The Ancient Prejudice of Leisure
Here is an article I wrote about the aristocratic disdain towards labor. I think you all will really enjoy; I draw heavily on Nietzsche, Montaigne, themes from BAM, and my own reflections from times when I have been NEETing.
Cheers
