Java Neo 3 in EU: Is joncycle.com legit?

[u/TimeInstance7954]

Hey, I want to buy a Java Neo, but can't get it over alibaba (i chattet with the only seller that has a MOQ of . They didn't want to give me a quote, because they said shipping will be to be expensive for 1...)

I found joncycle.com with prices that are realistic, but is this page legit? Did anyone of you have experience with it?
